2. Visa and work permit
We support obtaining and renewal of Thai working visas (Non-Immigrant B) and family visa and Thai work permit for Japanese expats. Handling of Visa and Work Permit by own staffs reduce efficiency in both large companies and small and medium companies. We have 17 years of know-how and experience for visa and work permit support, and we support Bangkok area customers at Bangkok branch office which was established in 2017.
3. Accounting and Tax
Thai managers who are qualified as Thai CPA/ CPD and Thai staffs provide accounting and tax service based on Thai GAAP and Thai tax laws. This service includes monthly bookkeeping, costing, monthly closing, monthly tax procedures (VAT and withholding tax), fiscal year end closing, external audit support (accounting and BOI), Corporate Income Tax return (interim and fiscal year end), and so on. We use SAGE 300 (AccPac) ERP system which is widely used in Southeast Asia including Japanese companies.
Japanese CPAs support not only monthly reporting but also consolidated package for the consolidated financial statements based on Financial Instruments and Exchange Act in Japan, and accounting and tax review at the request from parent company in Japan.
4. Commuting Bus
We develop and operate the best commuting route for each customer and minimize the impact on production due to the delay of commuting, by real time operation management by GPS and rapid arrangement of substitution car in emergency case. In addition, we promote safe operation management such as installing drive recorder on all vehicles, drivers’ daily physical condition check , various training and safety training, and confirmation of dangerous area of frequent traffic accidents
5. Starting up in Thailand
